* VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

1 cup maida + cornflour
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped
6 green chilies finely chopped
100 gms cabbage finely chopped
2 carrots finely chopped or approximately 50 gms
50 gms green beans chopped
Pinch of soda bicarb
1\2 tsp salt
1\2 tsp ajino moto
1 tsp soyasauce
oil for deep frying
Hot and sweet sauce -1 cup
cilantro leaves for garnishing



METHOD

1. Cook cabbage, carrot and beans till they become tender in water by adding a little bit of salt.Then drain them.

2. After they are dried add 1 cup of maida and corn flour white color add 1/2 tablespoon salt,ajinamoto and soda .

3. Then make them into round balls and deep fry in oil.

4. After they are totally fried then in another pan add oil 4 tablespoons add fry finally chopped green chillies, garlic finely chopped and fry till they become red.

5. Add into these balls hot and sweet sauce 1 cup approximately.

CHILLI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken cut into small cubes (1 whole chicken)
1-tablespoon tomato sauce
1-tablespoon chili sauce,
2 tablespoons Soya sauce,
2 tablespoons vinegar
Salt to taste,
6 green chilies
4 big onions (chopped),
1 heaped tablespoon corn flour,
2 eggs,
1-teaspoon ajinamoto,
Refined cooking oil


METHOD

1. Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Marinate the pieces with 1 tablespoon Soya sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1/2 table spoon chili sauce and enough salt.

2. Beat the eggs and pour them on the chicken pieces.

3. Add half a tablespoon corn flour and mix well the whole mixture. Allow it to stand for 2 hours.

4. Drain excess liquid and store in a container. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.

5. Keep the fried pieces in a separate container. In the left over oil fry the green chilies and chopped onion slightly.

6. Pour the excess liquid stored earlier. Stir continuously.

7. Add the chicken pieces. Pour the rest of the sauces and a pinch of salt.

8. Mix the 1/2 tablespoon corn flour with a little of water and pour in the pan. Add the ajinamoto. Stir well and serve Hot
