On Saturday, October 13th Omni’s Norfolk office sponsored the Chili Cook-off held at NAS Oceana Main Gate Park. This tasty event, as you might expect, was a hot ticket and well attended. Seen in the photos are PO3 Vargas, Military Security on duty at the event, Omni Customer Care Specialist Oksana Guerrero and an overview of the crowd ready to “chow down.”
Omni was awarded for its ongoing support of the USO, on Saturday, January 2nd 2013 when Jeff Heckert of Omni’s Prince George office hosted the Central Virginia USO Volunteers Luncheon.

On December 6th FT. Bragg held its Holiday Tree Lighting ceremony on the main parade field. With their Omni Koozies in-hand are Stefanie Russ (c), daughter of George Russ GM of Omni’s Fayetteville office, and her two daughters Ziara (R) and Kiara (L). The cold temperatures didn’t get in the way of a fun night around the base tree, pictures with Santa, caroling and gifts for all the kids.
Ray Curtis, GM of Omni’s Hinesville, GA office is seen wishing 1st SGT Campos Happy Holidays after presenting him with $15.00 ham certificates for several needy soldiers in his unit. These certificates are part of the annual Omni Holiday Giving program.

Each year the FT. Lee Holiday Helpers Association conducts a toy drive to support the dependent children of our fighting men and women struggling to make ends meet. Pictured below are Sarita Harding, owner of S&B Designs and a Prince George Chamber of Commerce member along Jeff Heckert, GM of Omni’s Prince George office and fellow Chamber member standing in front of his four wheel sled loaded with over donated 200 toys. Also pictured is Jeff Heckert presenting a $400 check on behalf of Omni to Carlton Branch, Vice President of the FT. Lee Holiday Helper Association for refreshments for the deserving recipients and volunteer wrappers.

KS office proudly hands SFC Nicholas Wiley a supply of $15.00 turkey certificates to hand out to members of his Unit that need a little assistance during the holidays. This is a Win-Win program for all concerned. “Holiday Giving” will continue in December as Omni will be handing out $15.00 ham certificates prior to Christmas as our way of saying “Thank You” to the soldiers of FT Riley.
