At a Senate Democratic Policy Committee hearing in Philadelphia City Hall, our own Scott Cooper, vice president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, supported Pennsylvania Senate Bill 1460, which would raise minimum bodily injury liability coverage. If it passes, this bill would raise minimum bodily injury liability coverage limits from $15,000 to $30,000 for one person and from $30,000 to $60,000 for two or more.
