Social media offer businesses a variety of tools to inform
existing customers and connect with new ones. Business owners can use social media to cultivate customer loyalty, raise awareness about products and services, and reach new customers and markets — all from the comfort of a home or office!

I was invited to present "Online Marketing" in E-business Tuesday Program which is organized once a month to gathering local business owners to networking and share ideas.
According to my experience, SMEs should invest in Social Media and Online Marketing because it is cost-saving and effective. Following I can draw the benefits of online marketing:
Set up quicker than offline executions and the production costs are usually less for online when compared to other media.
Your advertising will be working for you all the time; while you work and while you sleep.
Reach a specific reader based on geography, areas of interest and context of the content.
An online media strategy allows you to become more intimate with your consumer with rich media, such as text, graphic, sound and video.

In the midst of dramatic growth of Internet, the enterprises that are not using electronic transaction will be lack of comparative advantages. Indeed, to bring such enterprises to realise the advantages of electronic transaction, we will need trade or commercial policy to draw their attention. As we have seen, at the 12th ASEAN Summit in January 2007, the ASEAN leaders affirmed their strong commitment to accelerate the establishment of an ASEAN Community by 2015 and this will transform ASEAN into a region with free movement of goods, services, investment, skilled labour, and freer flow of capital. To achieve the commitment of an ASEAN Community by 2015 requires development and cooperation on many areas; and one of them is also incorporated to enhance communication and development of electronic transactions.
Samdech Techo Prime Minister Hun Sen of the Royal Government of Cambodia, in his keynote address at the symposium on "Realizing a More Integrated, Competitive, Equitable, and Resilient ASEAN Community" also highlighted the efficient and sustainable provision of ICT on among other priority measures for ASEAN integration.
All of these sparked my initial interest in ICT, as the result I work very hard without IT background to develop this platform in the hope it can contribute my beloved country, Cambodia that just recovered from a chronic civil war and economic embargo. >> Join >> TEP Punloeu to promote SMEs & ICTs in Cambodia.

How to get high scores in True/False Questions?
Usually there are more true answers than false on most tests.
If there is no guessing penalty, guess, you have a 50% chance of getting the right answer.
Read through each statement carefully, and pay attention to the qualifiers and keywords.
Qualifiers like "never, always, and every mean that the statement must be true all of the time. Usually these type of qualifiers lead to a false answer.
Qualifiers like "usually, sometimes, and generally" mean that if the statement can be considered true or false depending on the circumstances. Usually these type of qualifiers lead to an answer of true.
If any part of the question is false, then the entire statement is false, but just because part of a statement is true doesn't necessarily make the entire statement true.

Job Opportunities for law students:
Many people have the misconception that those who study law only do so to become judges, attorneys-at-law or court officers. In fact, studying law can help people in various careers where a comprehensive law background is helpful:
Court System: judge, attorney-at-law, court officer, court clerk, court reporter, police officer, forensic scientist
Social Work: women and children’s aid, human rights advocate, divorce mediator
Public Sector: government official, Parliament member, diplomat
Private Sector: financial consultant, business consultant, CEO, manager
Freelancer: legal consultant or paralegal
People can learn more about the law at law school or by accessing the law, which is openly available to the public at the Cambodian Royal Gazette or other relevant public institutions. It is not possible that ordinary citizens or even lawyer know every single detail of law and most people might only need to research the laws that are closely associated to their career or personal situation.

I have a change to study Intellectual Property Law at WIPO, Geneva in 2003
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is the United Nations agency dedicated to the use of intellectual property (patents, copyright, trademarks, designs, etc.) as a means of stimulating innovation and creativity. The mission of WIPO is to promote innovation and creativity for the economic, social and cultural development of all countries, through a balanced and effective international intellectual property system.
Intellectual property, very broadly, means the legal rights which result from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary and artistic fields. Countries have laws to protect intellectual property for two main reasons. One is to give statutory expression to the moral and economic rights of creators in their creations and the rights of the public in access to those creations. The second is to promote, as a deliberate act of Government policy, creativity and the dissemination and application of its results and to encourage fair trading which would contribute to economic and social development.

This picture was taken in the subway's ticket outlet at the border of north and south Korea and it is just about 30 minutes from my University in Seoul.
The bad news is that this outlet is just an artificial one which was built in the hope north & south are going to be united and have people get across this area.
We can see the statute is to illustrate that both of them are, in fact, willing to unite. They speak the same language and have the same culture. More interestingly, they eat Kimchi the same. SO? When they stop aggressively facing each other.

My families & I are on the way to Prey Veng which is my father hometown. Every year, we go there for a ceremony which many people in Cambodia like to call CHHENG MENG but our families call SEN CHET DEY to offer food to our ancestor as well as sharing food or materials to villagers.
It is hot but fun while we can gather most of our family's members.
On the way, we must pass Nak Loeurn ferry that is usually stuck for at least half of an hour and in the hope that the bridge across the river will be done very soon.
My Indonesian friend was in my Dom & playing my Guitar which i bought from Beijing and it is being with me already 12 years and I'll continue to maintain it until it last.
Did you know? My Guitar has traveled with me & friends over 10 countries. When I miss friends, I always play it and feel that I am being in the Dom surrounded several different nationality friends.
My first time to Paris was in 2003, I visited several museums, one of which is Montmartre. I did love the place & especially friends around. It has passed over 10 years, I feel it was yesterday.
World Bank has reported that Over 1.3 billion people - 20% of the world's population - are still without access to electricity worldwide, almost all of whom live in developing countries. This includes about 550 million in Africa, and over 400 million in India.
“Access to electricity must be environmentally and socially sustainable.”
Cambodia also has insufficient electricity and recently the weather is so hot; therefore the consumption of electricity is gradually increased. EDC and Royal Government apologize for any inconvenience, thank you for our patience, and encourage those who can afford to use generator, should do it.
We all are aware about the insufficient electricity in our country and it is as a result, EDC has to randomly cut off electricity from a certain block in town. Realizing this situation, we shall not complaint or have any reaction on that. However, EDC should inform us the specific time table in advance so that we can prepare for that transaction and this preparation will help us to protect device such as TV, computer, or any home appliance.

Cambodia 2030: Areas of Focus
Rising living standards will require an array of measures including, most importantly, investment in urban infrastructure, rural irrigation systems, alternative energy sources, and in technology capabilities aimed at raising agricultural productivity. Foreign assistance can contribute to the long-term financing for lumpy investment in infrastructure of all kinds and in building technical capabilities.
To sustain the momentum of growth, it needs to continue investing in education and healthcare. Human resources with innovation and good health contribute to definite growth and prosperity of the nation. We need to build a strong generation with high skill and productivity. It takes about 20 years to realize this; so Cambodia needs to seriously reform education and healthcare system with effective financing and good governance measures.

Many states recognized a need to protect children, which resulted in the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child in 1989. This convention is a “legally binding instrument” that outlines the rights of people under 18. Children need special protection and have particular needs and vulnerabilities, so the Convention aims to protect children from neglect, exploitation and abuse. Specifically, the Convention is a universally agreed set of standards and obligations which recognizes the different legal systems and cultural traditions around the world. The standards focus on respect for the dignity and worth of each individual child, regardless of race, color, gender, language, religion, wealth, birth or ability.

If we look back to the past 50 years ago, many leaders, scholars, and people in the period before and after World War II drew attention on the use of modern technology in the creation of weapons of mass destruction in short using weapon. But now it is different, we shall not be afraid of people who are using weapon but keyboard.
I believe that even states level will change the behaviors while military and security issues will no longer monopolise the agenda of international affair of the states but economic, social, and welfare issues should be deserved attention, and it is only regional or global integration can address these issues
