We do our best to help pets in need whenever we can. When our Employee Contribution Committee learned Freckles’ story, we knew we had to act. This young pit bull mix was starved, dragged behind a vehicle and thrown in a dumpster to die alone.
Thankfully, he has been rescued and is being cared for by Noah's Arks Rescue in Charleston, SC. His extensive injuries and emaciated condition mean he will need weeks of intensive care. VPI has offered to donate $1,000 to assist Noah's Arks Rescue with the costs associated with his medical care.
